An amazing new concept of Health, Wellness & Business is set to open it's doors VERY soon by the shores of Cronulla Beach. The team behind Co-Working space 'Club W' have recently taken over and completely transformed the now "infamous" night club known as Sting Bar.

We were given a tour recently of the new fit out and it's safe to say that the popular weekend hang out is now scarily unrecognisable.

From it's dark and gloomy 'dudgeon like' past, the new space now boasts a bright and airy atmosphere full of light with floor to ceiling white walls, lush green plants and designer office furniture.

A truly unique wellness hub for business owners and local entrepreneurs complete with on demand fitness studios, a street facing wellness cafe, Zen Rooms and Hi-Tech massage chairs.

Club W was designed by Tony de Leede, widely known as the man who launched Fitness First Australia, he is also the Founder of wellness lifestyle retreats Gwinganna Gold Coast and Komune Bali. 

Tony has been at the forefront of the fitness and wellness industry for over 40 years and has drawn on this experience to create Club W, which he describes as a third space for people to connect, relax and recharge.

His belief is, no matter what stage of life you’re in, movement and connection with others is vital for keeping yourself in excellent health – both physically and mentally.

Club W will focus on 3 main areas of health, wellness and business:

Wellness Lounge

Catch up with friends in the lounge area and enjoy an organic tea or coffee from the wellness cafe. Try a class in the Immersive studios then grab a friend and book a session in the Zen Room, where you can curate your own wellness experience.

If you're looking to relax and recharge, then try our Wellness Pods, the O2 Breathing and Meditation Chair and the Recovery Massage Chair. 

Wellness Coworking

Wellness Coworking is a specially designed wellness space that includes hot desks, dedicated desks, a boardroom, quiet space, kitchenette and a wellness pod.

Wellness Collective

The Wellness Collective is a special place in Club W where you can indulge yourself with a little pampering and self care.  

It’s here you’ll find the Infrared Sauna, the Somadome Meditation Pod, LED Light Facial therapy plus the O2 Chair Breathing Chair and Recovery Massage Chair. 

One of the most unique aspects of Club W is the ability to switch off from work and enjoy some down time without actually having to leave the premises.

Club W have gone to extraordinary lengths to ensure all of their clients have access to some of the most advanced recovery and meditation chairs on the market.
