C.C. Babcoq is the latest venture from brothers and Cronulla locals, Harry and Mario Kapoulas (HAM café). Teaming up with Josh Davidson (ex-head chef of The Apollo, Sydney), C.C.’s is part restaurant, part rotisserie chicken shop – fancy chickens cooked the traditional French way, to eat in or takeaway.
We asked to Harry and Anthony to give us the lowdown on their new Cronulla restaurant/night spot, sharing some of the behind the scenes stories as well as how they plan on supporting local charities.
