Did you know that the term “7th Heaven” actually means “a state of intense happiness or bliss?” Well, they certainly live up to their name as they continue to impress with their service, menu variety and delicious coffee.
The wonderful Shire Foodie visited there recently on 1st October, 2019 and had the most magnificent experience.
Located centrally in Sutherland, it’s 100% worth a visit and will most likely turn into one of your favourite cafes. Featuring an all-day brunch menu, plenty of gluten free and vegan options, plus food presentation perfect for the gram!
The highlight meal of this visit HAD to be the Truffle Mushroom Bruschetta; legit heaven in every bite!
What did we eat?
SMASHED AVOCADO; with grilled cherry tomatoes, marinated feta, chimichurri, topped with homemade dukkah and crushed almonds on toasted organic sourdough. $14
TRUFFLE MUSHROOM BRUSHCETTA; assorted organic forest mushrooms cooked with truffle, fresh herbs, bok choy, garlic & white wine served with crispy basil, haloumi fries, grated parmesan and a 63∞ poached egg. $18
CORN FRITTERS; charred corn fritters, dressed with pico de gallo, lime caviar & smoked salmon, served with a lime coriander dressing. $18
