“We get our egg supply from a small and family-owned business – Kangaroo Valley Pastured Eggs that practises ethical and regenerative farming. Country Valley supplies our milk and cream, which came from their own processing plant in Picton, NSW. Lastly, Art of Espresso Organic Coffee and Rabbit Hole Organic Tea deliver organic coffee beans and teas, respectively,” Tim stated.

“I believe supporting local businesses can help grow the local economy and lead to the development of the community. We encourage other local suppliers and like-minded people to work with us,” he added.
