Modern Australian cuisine and Tapas are The Den's specialties, their menus have a huge variety of items to choose from and we promise there's something to tickle all tastebuds.

You can even treat your loved ones to a savoury lunch or dinner kicking off on Wednesdays to Fridays. Delicious breaky specials can be found on the weekends. Just have a crack at the pic below.

The Den is also rocking a more than impressive drinks menu for ya Friday arvo happy hour serving up frosty beers, wine and some pretty special sounding cocktails. Why not try a spiced margarita or my personal fav, The Moscow Mule.

You’ll be spoilt for choice and you'll probably find yourself booking a table for the following weekend to work your way through all the decadent options available on their colourful menu.

Where To Dine Inside The Den

The Den has a variety of spaces to sit and dine in depending on your mood. It's got large groups and date nights covered.

Besides indoor dining, the Den also boasts quite a lavish bar where you can sit with Mike, their resident bartender, as he gracefully prepares your drinks. Mike's got good chat, we love Mike.

If you’d rather enjoy a breezy atmosphere you can book a table under the covered outdoor deck. This area is the go-to spot to mingle and drink with friends or for your larger dinner parties. The deck has just been revamped to offer guests at The Den a modern dining experience.  

If you're not in the mood to dine in you can always order food from The Den directly to your doorstep. The Den team will take care of the cooking for you so you can keep on relaxing at home.

What's On The Menu?

With a huge menu, like The Den's, it's hard for us to share all of the delicious options available so we thought we'd shared just some of our favourites.

To start your day order the Big Den Breakfast or the halloumi avocado bruschetta, if you have more of a sweet tooth there's an acai bowl and the best looking banana pancakes we've seen this side of the Shire.

The lunch menu boasts a variety of salads, wraps and burgers with some of our favourites being the Buddha bowl and pulled pork quesadilla. YUM!

Dinner gets down and dirty with the classics like the pesto parpedelle, chicken parmi and the Surf & Turf. Don't forget to bring the little ones along, because the kids menu is A-Class too!

Live Bands, Comedy Acts and More!

Every dining experience is unique, special and always memorable at The Den. The reason for this is the different live shows and entertainment that occurs each night.

There's a line up of live singers and bands to serenade you, as well as some hilarious Shire locals who have a crack at stand up. Legit lols are a plenty on comedy night.

The first-ever stand-up comedy at The Den took place on April 9th 2022 and it definitely was not the last. Locals have been in stitches ever since while sipping on their cocktails well into the evening.

An Outdoor Deck For Everyone 

The Den’s outdoor deck is perfect for kids, parents and furry friends to hang out.

The kids' play area is perfect for Mums and Dads who want to relax but cannot leave little ones.

As you enjoy food and drinks your children can have fun on the seesaw, slide and swing set in the play area. 

The outdoor deck is entirely pet-friendly and The Den staff welcome animal lovers to bring their pets along for a fun day out.

Functions & Catering In Engadine 

The Den’s outdoor deck is popular parties and functions as the space can accommodate for groups of up to 50 people.

The team offer a catering service as well where you can can choose from various packages such as cocktail functions, deluxe tapas and basic tapas. You can also include additional menu favourites to complete your package.
